Delivery Methods & Timing

Because we utilize a network of printer outlets across most Western nations, we’re able to ensure timely delivery on our products. Generally speaking, the printing outlet closest to your specific delivery location will print and send your product. If orders cannot be fulfilled locally, then a national print outlet will be selected.

Do you accept returns?

As a print-on-demand company all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free replacement or a refund can be issued if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us and send pictures of your defective item, we’ll appeal to the printers on your behalf and issue either a refund or a replacement.
